Credit Executive

Job Title: Credit Executive Company Overview: Junoon Capital Services PVT LTD is a leading personal loan company that provides financial solutions to individuals. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller and KYC Verification Executive to join our team. Job Summary: We are looking for a Credit Executive who will be responsible for making credit assessment of the customers to verify their KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, and to promote our personal loan products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers to verify their KYC documents, including identity, address, and income proof. - Promote our personal loan products to customers and answer any questions they may have. - Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. - Verify customer documents and update records in our system. - Meet or exceed daily call targets and quality standards. - Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth customer onboarding. - Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documents accurately. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets. - Basic computer skills and ability to navigate our CRM system. - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
