Job Summary: We are looking for a Credit Executive who will be responsible for making credit assessment of the customers to verify their KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, and to promote our personal loan products. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers to verify their KYC documents, including identity, address, and income proof. - Promote our personal loan products to customers and answer any questions they may have. - Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. - Verify customer documents and update records in our system. - Meet or exceed daily call targets and quality standards. - Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth customer onboarding. - Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documents accurately. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets. - Basic computer skills and ability to navigate our CRM system. - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
