Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Research Creators:
• Scout and research influencers, content creators, and industry leaders across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) who align with our clients' brand values and campaign goals.
• Outreach and Relationship Building:
• Craft personalized pitches and reach out to creators to establish collaborations. Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers to build long-term partnerships.
• Campaign Management Support:
• Assist in onboarding creators, ensuring timely deliverables, and monitoring their performance during campaigns.
• Trend Spotting:
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral content to suggest fresh, innovative approaches for campaigns.
• Data Management:
• Maintain an organized database of creators, including contact information, collaboration history, and performance metrics.

• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to write clear, engaging outreach emails and communicate professionally with creators.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Creativity
• A knack for thinking outside the box and suggesting unique ideas for campaigns and collaborations.
• Knowledge of Google sheets and MS excel.
