About The Role

We’re looking for a

Sr. Manager – Creator Management

to lead and scale a high-performing creator & artist management team. This is a leadership role at the intersection of

talent, culture, and commerce

, where you’ll drive both strategy and revenue growth while nurturing long-term creator relationships.What you’ll do
  • Lead & Mentor: Manage, inspire, and grow a team of 8–10 talent managers.
  • Talent Relations: Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators, handling escalations, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Revenue & Operations: Drive revenue targets, identify monetization opportunities, and oversee seamless execution.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Track performance, analyze trends, and deliver insights to leadership.
  • Growth & Innovation: Spot opportunities in the creator economy and drive new initiatives.
What we’re looking for
  • 7–8 years of experience in talent/creator management, partnerships, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and meeting revenue goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting creator relationships.
  • Excel expertise — dashboards, pivot tables, formulas.
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Prior experience with artists, creators, or influencers is a strong plus.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
