Influencer Marketing Executives (0–2 years’ experience)

As part of this role, you will identify the right influencers, negotiate collaborations, manage campaign execution, and track performance. You’ll be working closely with strategists, content teams, and performance marketers to ensure that influencer campaigns integrate seamlessly into broader brand objectives.

• Research, shortlist, and build relationships with influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, briefing, contracting, negotiation, and execution.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to integrate influencer deliverables into campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and measure ROI of influencer activations.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends, emerging creators, and platform updates.
• Support in maintaining influencer databases and streamlining processes for future collaborations.
• Assist in building long-term partnerships with influencers for consistent brand storytelling.
  

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of campaign metrics and reporting.
• Passion for digital culture, influencers, and branded content.
• Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
