Responsibilities

• Create a full video piece from a script
• Visualize the script in a coherent and illustrative manner
• Understand the concepts, engineering principles, and machinery referred to in the scripts
• Select and use appropriate music, relative to thematic tone.
• Work by yourself or with colleagues to produce longer form content
• Work with and locate fair-use material, stock footage and imagery, and press releases
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all published content, adhering to journalistic standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Upload and maintain organized records of all video footage and content produced

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film/Media Production, or similar is desired but not essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong long-form storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and visual composition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An high understanding of editing software like the adobe suite
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content strategies.
