Role Overview

We’re building a multi-disciplinary tech team — part developer, part designer, part dreamer — to shape Earthana’s digital presence. Your mission: build, operate, and evolve our digital ecosystem through AI-based applications, intelligent UI/UX, creative content, and social media experience that reflects our brand’s soul.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enabled web and app interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Create seamless UI/UX prototypes on Figma that tell compelling stories.
• Manage and maintain Earthana’s website, digital platforms, and ERP tools.
• Develop or co-develop AI-based utilities for automation, data insights, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing to produce creative visuals and content for social media.
• Maintain a consistent design language aligned with Earthana’s sustainability ethos.
• Explore and experiment with new tools, languages, and digital expressions.
• Foster a positive, innovative, and growth-oriented startup culture within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in full-stack or creative technology roles.
• Strong skills in Python / Node.js / React / PHP (Laravel).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and UI/UX system design.
• Experience integrating AI tools or APIs (OpenAI, TensorFlow, or similar).
• Ability to design and maintain social-media-ready content and web assets.
• Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and responsive design.
• Based in or willing to work from Little Mount, Chennai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a startup ecosystem or tech-creative lab.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, LangChain).
• Exposure to sustainability-centric digital projects.
• Strong sense of brand storytelling and design aesthetics.
