Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Specialist, based in Jaipur, India. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies, contributing to branding efforts, and producing engaging content. You must know jewelry design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement creative concepts that align with Karma's brand identity. Day-to-day tasks may include brainstorming innovative ideas, crafting compelling written content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all creative outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong creativity skills and a proven ability to generate innovative ideas
• Jewelry design (manual or digital)
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration and articulation of concepts
• Experience in creative strategy development and implementing innovative branding campaigns
• Proficiency in writing clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in creative and visual outputs
• Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
