Creative Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing & Creative Content Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Development:

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Capture photos and videos during school visits, events, and lab activities
• Convert raw footage/photos into high-quality content (reels, posts, stories, shorts, banners, etc.)
• Write compelling captions and hashtags aligned with brand voice
• Drive follower growth and engagement through campaigns, collaborations, and community building

Marketing Collateral & Brand Design

• Create and update marketing materials like brochures, standees, posters, decks, banners, and event creatives
• Develop school-focused marketing creatives and digital assets
• Ensure all content aligns with ThinkPro brand guidelines
• Support event branding and on-ground marketing activities

Website & Digital Assets

• Update website content and visuals regularly
• Ensure SEO-friendly content publishing
• Maintain brand style uniformity across all digital platforms

Academic Content Beautification

• Work with curriculum & content teams to beautify student textbooks, teacher manuals, worksheets, and visual content
• Format and style academic content to ensure high-quality presentation
• Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, illustrations, colors, and structure as per brand style guide

Tools & Skills Required

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign/Premiere/After Effects) and other video editing tools

• Experience in creating books/workbooks

  (knowledge of tools like InDesign is preferred)
• Photography & videography skills
• Video editing skills preferred (Reels, Shorts, and YouTube video edits)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Design / Mass Communication / Multimedia / Visual Arts
• Certifications in digital marketing/design are a plus
