About the Role ThinkPro Academy is seeking a 3D Design Specialist with strong experience in Autodesk Fusion 360 . The role focuses on creating precise 3D designs and animations of STEM components used in our learning materials and digital content. Key Responsibilities Develop 3D CAD models of STEM components using Autodesk Fusion 360 . Create assemblies and renderings to visually demonstrate how parts fit and function. Produce high-quality animations for use in educational videos and digital content. Collaborate with the content team to align 3D visuals with curriculum goals. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all 3D models. Prepare and optimize design files for video production and digital publishing. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (Mandatory). Strong understanding of 3D modeling, assembly design, and rendering workflows. Knowledge of basic mechanical design principles (preferably for STEM or learning applications). Ability to translate sketches or 2D drawings into 3D visualizations. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visualization skills. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Design, Product Design, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience with educational or product visualization projects. Familiarity with STEM kits or hands-on learning tools. Contract Duration Project-based; duration and extension will depend on project needs and performance. Job Summary As a STEMPro Mentor you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the exciting world of STEM Education. Primary responsibility is to provide coaching, support, and resources to students. Location: Hubballi Haveri Ranebennur Requirements 0 – 2 years of teaching experience in Science, Mathematics and Computers in K-12 Bachelor’s degree or diploma certificate in Education, Science, Computer Science, Mathematics and related disciplines. Awareness of STEM concepts. Understanding of programming/coding basics is an added advantage If you have a basic interest and aptitude for technology, we will train you on the required STEM tools and curriculum Responsibilities Teaching STEM / Robotics / AI concepts to K-12 students Establishing link between existing academic curriculum and STEM concepts Facilitate project-based learning experiences, guiding students in the creation and execution of projects. Coaching and mentoring students to build STEM projects. Participate in development and updating of STEM Curriculum. Monitor and assess students' progress within the overall STEM program. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. Be part of quarterly or annual refresher training programs Maintain open and effective communication channels with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders. Organize and lead regular workshops to share updates, showcase student projects, and facilitate discussions on robotics education.
