Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit

  high-quality product photos and short-form videos

  (Reels, TikTok-style ads, YouTube Shorts, Stories, etc.).
• Create

  scroll-stopping ad creatives

  optimized for Meta Ads, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Develop strong

  hooks, storylines, and CTAs

  that capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Design

  graphics and motion content

  using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Repurpose creatives across different formats and ad placements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to

  test, analyze, and iterate

  creatives for performance.
• Work with

  influencers, models, or UGC creators

  when needed to produce authentic ad content.
• Maintain a

  content library

  of reusable creative assets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in

  creative production for social media ads

  .
• Must own and know how to operate a

  professional camera

  (DSLR/Mirrorless).
• Strong skills in

  video editing software

  (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
• Proficiency with

  design tools

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Clear understanding of

  ad creative psychology

  — hooks, storytelling, conversions.
• Knowledge of

  e-commerce ad formats

  and platform-specific creative best practices.
• Ability to

  work independently

  and deliver fast in a startup environment.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with

  Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads Manager

• Comfortable being

  on-camera

  for UGC-style ads.
• Experience directing or managing

  small shoots
