Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Photographer to capture high-quality images that align with our brand and project goals. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in photography, strong editing skills, and an artistic vision to produce visually captivating work across various mediums and settings.

Key Responsibilities

Photography:

Capture high-quality images for events or other projects based on client or company requirements.

Plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring the use of proper lighting, equipment, and composition to achieve desired outcomes.

Client Collaboration:

Understand client briefs and provide creative input to produce visually compelling results.

Maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

Editing and Retouching:

Edit and retouch photos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance image quality.

Deliver finalized images within set deadlines.

Deliver polished and professional-quality images that align with project or client needs.

Equipment Management:

Maintain and manage photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and other gear.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in photography and equipment.

Project Management:

Manage timelines and deliverables for photography projects to ensure on-time completion.

Organize and archive photos for easy access and reference.

Travel and On-Site Work:

Travel to various locations for on-site shoots as needed.

Coordinate logistics such as props, lighting setups, and backdrops for location shoots.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a professional photographer (portfolio required).

Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.

Valid drone operators license and certification, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.

Proficiency in operating drones for aerial photography and videography.

Ability to capture high-quality images and videos from various angles and perspectives using drone technology.

Knowledge of drone safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and teams.

Ability to adapt to various photography styles and project requirements.

Work Environment

On-location shoots.

Flexibility for travel, and weekends, depending on project needs.

Note

There will be a bond of 1 Year.
