Key Responsibilities:

• Meta Ads Performance Analysis:

  Monitor and analyze the performance of live Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads on a daily basis.

• Meta Ads Reporting:

  Create detailed performance reports specifically focused on Meta ads, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and recommendations for the content team.

• Automated Dashboards for Meta Ads:

  Set up and manage automated dashboards to track Meta ad performance in real-time, allowing for data-driven decision-making.

• Creative Performance Analysis:

  Evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets (images, videos, copy) in Meta ads. Provide actionable insights on how creatives are performing across different campaigns and audiences.

• Data Interpretation and Learnings:

  Extract insights from Meta ad campaigns, identifying learnings that can be shared with the team to improve future creative strategies and ad performance.

• Meta Ads Manager Expertise:

  Use Meta Ads Manager extensively to track and analyze campaigns, audiences, and ad creative performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and analyzing Meta ad campaigns, with a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and its various tools.
• Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and data visualization, to generate comprehensive reports.
• Strong ability to analyze creative performance in Meta ads, including understanding A/B testing results and creative metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Experience setting up automated dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio or other reporting platforms to track Meta ads performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to data and providing timely feedback to the creative and marketing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and optimization recommendations.

   Ensure reports are generated on time, providing the marketing team with insights to make quick decisions.
