Role Overview

Creative Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation

• Write engaging blogs, social media posts, and website copy.

• Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with strong storytelling.
• Develop catchy captions, scripts, and copy tailored for platforms.

• Marketing Strategy

• Plan and execute social media campaigns with measurable outcomes.

• Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Stay ahead of trends in creator economy and digital marketing.

• Community & Brand Building

• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Drive creator/influencer collaborations.
• Explore innovative ways to increase user engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with short-form video creation & editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup.
