What you’ll do

• Drive content writing and marketing across channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and blogs.
• Create quick visual assets in Canva/Figma (social posts, carousels, ad creatives, decks).
• Assist with ad copywriting and creative design.
• Conduct marketing research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver client projects and contribute to overall agency growth.
• Support outbound funnels by building outreach sequences and launching campaigns.
• Manage daily operational marketing tasks to keep projects on track.
• Build and execute marketing campaigns including content strategies, calendars, ad copy, and branding direction.

What you bring

• A creative mindset and a true marketer’s perspective — you understand how marketing works and how to leverage it across industries and platforms.
• Strong writing skills (clear, simple, engaging).
• Ability to turn ideas into compelling content and campaigns.
• Comfort with Canva/Figma for producing quick, effective creatives.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn content strategy, campaign planning, and creative storytelling.
• Organized and proactive — you can take ownership, not wait for every instruction.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Experience with short-form video content creation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content writing, personal branding, or thought leadership.
• Knowledge of SaaS, D2C, or agency space.

Role Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (hybrid)
• Location: Paschim Vihar, West Delhi
• Salary/Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
