Creative Lead/Manager

Role Overview: As a Marketing Design Lead, your primary responsibility will be to create an optimal design flow based on product team specifications and guidance metrics. You will oversee the design process, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and refreshing creative visions across all digital communication platforms. Additionally, you will mentor designers within the team, drive market-relevant design strategies, and align marketing design initiatives with product design. Your role will also involve handling paid and unpaid media sources, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the overall alignment and scalability of the design system. Key Responsibilities: - Create an optimal design flow based on product team specifications and guidance metrics - Oversee the design process and lead the team to deliver marketing materials on time - Focus on timely delivery of design flows in collaboration with the Lead Designer and Product Manager - Refresh creative visions at suitable intervals across all digital communication platforms - Navigate internal and external dependencies within the design team and with development and product teams - Mentor designers within the team and drive market-relevant design strategies - Handle paid and unpaid media sources and act as a bridge between senior stakeholders from marketing, sales, and product teams - Assist the Head of Design in developing compelling design and brand strategy across products and markets - Lead the Marketing Design Chapter across cross-functional marketing teams and mentor the team for growth and success - Ensure the overall alignment and scalability of the design system towards strategic objectives - Translate product and marketing objectives into effective communication across all channels Qualifications Required: - Understanding of online and offline production - 5-8 years of working experience with team handling responsibilities - Experience working with well-known Design Agencies/Marketing Agencies - Excellent project management skills with a problem-solving, efficient, organized, and collaborative approach - Strong cultural knowledge and awareness of industry trends, especially in pop culture - Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills - Experience in E-commerce/Consumer Electronics/FMCG industry is a plus - Start-up/early-stage experience with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment,
