Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product management teams to ensure timely delivery of product improvements. Customer Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth handover to customer success teams post-sale. Advocate for long-term client relationships to drive renewals and upsells. Team Leadership Lead and mentor teams Establish performance metrics and foster a results-driven, innovative culture. Conduct training to improve team knowledge of the product and sales strategies. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adapt business and product strategies. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the risk management software market. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership for entering new markets or enhancing product offerings. Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present detailed sales and product performance reports, including forecasts and pipeline updates. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, business development, and product metrics. Qualifications Bachelors degree in technology, engineering and marketing (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or product strategy, preferably in software or SaaS industries. Strong knowledge of risk management solutions, compliance software, or enterprise IT systems. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and product delivery targets. Skills Required Expertise in strategic sales, negotiation, and relationship management. Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and customer-centric design.
