Job Description

You will be responsible for creating an optimal design flow by taking inputs from the product team's specifications and guidance metrics. Additionally, you will oversee the design and lead the team to deliver marketing materials on time. Your role will involve focusing on the timely delivery of flows, working closely with the Lead Designer and Product Manager. It will be your initiative to refresh creative visions at suitable intervals across all the digital communication platforms. You will need to navigate internal dependencies within the design team and external dependencies on development and product teams. Furthermore, you will mentor Designers within the team and drive market-relevant design strategies to align marketing design initiatives with product design. Another key aspect of your role will be handling paid and unpaid media sources, acting as a bridge between senior stakeholders from marketing, sales, product, and the CEO to deliver impactful marketing assets that generate new leads. You will work closely with marketing team leads and assist the Head of Design with compelling design and brand strategy across products and markets. Leading the Marketing Design Chapter across cross-functional marketing teams, being a mentor and coach to your team, and helping them thrive and grow as individuals will be crucial. You will also be responsible for the overall alignment and scalability of our design system, ensuring it evolves toward our strategic objectives. Lastly, having a good understanding of product and marketing objectives and the ability to translate them across all communication channels will be essential. Desired Candidate Profile: - Understanding of online and offline production - Creative leader driving the project's overall vision - 5-8 years of working experience with team handling involvement - Experience working with well-known Design Agencies/Marketing Agencies - Excellent project management skills, problem-solving abilities, efficiency, organization, and collaboration - Strong cultural knowledge (pop culture) and awareness of industry trends - Strong presentation, communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills - Experience in start-up/early-stage environments and ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive setting - Bonus points for experience in E-commerce/Consumer Electronics/FMCG industry,
