Creative Lead – Social & Content (Creator + Strategist)

The Role

You will own Swayra’s social presence end-to-end strategy AND execution.

This is not a campaign or deck-making role and not a junior content-operator role either.

We are looking for someone who:

Thinks like a brand strategist -

Works like a creator

shaping the content strategy, turning it into reel ideas, scripting, shooting, editing, posting, engaging the community

If you can’t do both thinking + doing, this role is not a fit.

What You’ll Lead

1. Our full social content strategy
2. Swayra’s social voice & brand personality
3. Founder-led storytelling strategy
4. Weekly content calendars & growth experiments
5. Reel concepts AND execution (idea → shoot → edit → post)
6. Community engagement & audience feedback loops

What You’ll Do

Strategy

• Define the content pillars & storytelling frameworks for Swayra
• Translate brand goals into weekly content sprints
• Study audience behavior, trends, competitors, and cultural moments
• Analyze performance weekly: hooks, watch time, save & share metrics; pivot fast

Execution

• Create content end-to-end: idea → script → shoot (iPhone) → edit → publish
• Be on camera and confidently direct the founder / talent
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, subtitles tools, etc.) to move fast and lean
• Manage UGC & micro-creator collaborations aligned to strategy

✅ You shoot & edit content yourself (phone-first)

✅ You actively use AI to accelerate execution

✅ You’re deeply tuned into culture, aesthetics & fashion

🚫 You only do campaign / influencer strategy but don’t create content

🚫 You build decks but don’t ship reels personally

🚫 You follow trends without understanding brand or audience thinking

🚫 You’re uncomfortable being on camera and directing shoots
