The Role

You'll be a one-person content powerhouse who uses AI tools to multiply your creative output—moving 5x faster than traditional teams. You shoot, edit, strategize, and ship—all while keeping your finger on the pulse of culture.

What You'll Do

You'll wear four hats daily. 

1. Brand & Social Strategy

• Define Swayra’s voice:

  witty, aesthetic, and culturally fluent—bridging Gen Z cool with Young Millennial relatability.
• Turn brand goals into weekly sprints (we don't do monthly calendars)
• Trendjack cultural moments and memes in real-time

2. Content Engine

• Own end-to-end: scripting → shooting (iPhone is fine) → editing → publishing
• Ship fast: 3 good tests today > 1 perfect video next week
• Use AI heavily: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut, etc. to multiply output

3. Creator Partnerships

• Source and pitch micro-creators who match our aesthetic
• Manage collaborations: negotiate, send product, ensure quality delivery
• Build relationships that scale our content reach

4. Community & Analytics

• Own engagement: turn comments into conversations
• Analyze performance weekly (hooks, formats, timing) and pivot fast
