Role Overview

The Creative Head will lead the creative direction, strategy, and execution for all marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This role demands strong conceptual thinking, team leadership, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing, high-impact campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Strategy

  • Develop and oversee the overall creative vision for the company and its clients.
  • Conceptualize and guide campaigns across digital, print, video, and outdoor platforms.
  • Translate client briefs into strong creative concepts and deliverables.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the design, video, copywriting, and content creation teams.
  • Conduct regular creative review sessions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure collaboration between departments (Design, Marketing, Digital, and Production).

3. Project Supervision

  • Oversee all creative projects from concept to final delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables with consistency in quality and brand tone.
  • Approve final artworks, campaigns, and marketing materials before release.

4. Client Communication

  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with the BDM and CRM teams to ensure creative outputs meet client expectations.
  • Maintain long-term creative alignment with client objectives and brand identity.

5. Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and creative tools.
  • Encourage innovative ideas, new styles, and digital-first content.
  • Explore creative use of AI, CGI, 3D, motion graphics, and emerging formats.

6. Operational Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project managers for scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Maintain documentation of creative briefs, approvals, and project reports.
  • Support the management in budgeting and planning for creative requirements.

7. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps within the creative team and organize internal workshops or training.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, responsibility, and ownership among the team.

  • Strong conceptual, visual, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in design, branding, and campaign development.
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar).
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Time management, attention to detail, and multitasking capability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in advertising, branding, or digital creative roles.
  • Proven experience leading a creative team and delivering impactful campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
