Job Description – Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and client requirements. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design

• Develop static and creative designs for social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, branding materials, and presentations.

• Work on brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines.

• Create designs that effectively communicate messages and marketing goals.

• Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, imagery, and branding elements.

Digital & Print Media

• Design posters, banners, flyers, and promotional content for both online and offline use.

• Adapt designs for multiple formats (social media, websites, print, large format, etc.).

• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure print quality.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing, digital, and video teams to deliver creative assets.

• Translate briefs and concepts into high-quality visuals.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input.

• Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Software & Tools

• Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (optional), etc.

• Stay updated on design trends, styles, and tools.

• Adapt designs for multimedia projects (motion graphics or video, if required).

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper project files, backups, and design archives.

• Share regular updates on design progress with team leaders/clients.

• Prepare versions of designs as per client feedback and approvals.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Creativity with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional graphic design role (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
