Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Creative & Graphics prodigy to anchor our creative vision and guide visual storytelling across all platforms. Based at our Ahmedabad office (Flexihours :) ), this leadership role offers the chance to shape major brand experiences while working in an environment that thrives on creativity, innovation, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Ideate and develop multiple branding and marketing projects Develop and implement compelling creative strategies in sync with brand and campaign goals Oversee and contribute to the creation of high-quality design assets for digital, print, video, and social platforms Ensure strong and cohesive visual identity across all channels Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, content, marketing) to maintain unified messaging Stay ahead of creative trends, visual communication techniques, and AI-driven design tools Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in branding, creative direction, and design leadership Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and campaign design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Working knowledge of Canva, Social Media Tools, and basic Video Editing Strong writing and storytelling skills for visual communication Basic to intermediate proficiency in AI design tools and platforms A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing , or a related field Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Cool quotient : We're looking for someone who brings energy, innovation, and style to the team A team player with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have Experience with animation, motion graphics, or advanced video editing Exposure to working with performance marketing or web development teams What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a fast-evolving marketing firm and lead high-impact creative mandates A chance to collaborate with diverse, passionate teams driving national and global campaigns Creative freedom within a structured, result-driven environment Constant exposure to cutting-edge tools, AI platforms , and branding innovations Show more Show less
