Creative Director

The Creative Director will lead the overall creative vision and execution across all Weva Photography projects. This role demands a visionary leader who can guide the creative team in producing high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic, client expectations, and evolving wedding trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the creative direction for photography, cinematography, and post-production.

Collaborate closely with clients, production teams, and editors to ensure consistent storytelling and brand identity.

Conceptualize visual themes, mood boards, and artistic approaches for weddings, pre-weddings, and brand projects.

Supervise creative teams including photographers, cinematographers, editors, and designers to ensure cohesive output.

Stay ahead of global wedding industry trends, technologies, and visual styles to keep Weva’s work innovative and fresh.

Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance project quality.

Work with the management team to strategize brand campaigns, marketing visuals, and content creation.

Mentor and inspire the creative team to push artistic boundaries while maintaining Weva’s standards of excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) in creative direction, preferably in the wedding or visual media industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, design sense, and creative leadership.

In-depth understanding of photography, cinematography, editing, and color grading aesthetics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Proficiency with creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
