Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative team and manage all branding, design, and content work. You will be responsible for creating fresh ideas and making sure all creative work is high quality and meets the brand’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide designers, writers, and video editors
• Create ideas for branding, ads, and social media content
• Approve final designs and creative outputs
• Work with marketing and client teams to understand needs
• Stay updated with new trends in design and content

Experience Needed:

• Led creative teams or projects in design, branding, or media
• Created campaigns or content for digital, print, or video
• Worked with clients or marketing teams to develop creative ideas

Skills Required:

• Strong design and creative thinking
• Good knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Team leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Malayalam and English communication preferred
