Creative Director

As a Creative Director at Conversions Group, you will be overseeing and managing the overall responsibilities of the creative department. You will work closely with a team of creative professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative work. Your primary focus will be to provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that all creative projects meet the company's objectives and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and art directors - Develop and implement creative strategies and concepts for various projects - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of creative work with overall business goals - Review and approve all creative materials to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality standards - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the creative output of the team Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in design software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field,
