About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Lead – Generative AI (Video) to join our growing visual storytelling team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end production of AI-generated videos using cutting-edge text-to-image and text/image-to-video Generative AI platforms. You will drive script breakdowns, design compelling visual prompts, and ensure final outputs meet high creative and narrative standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead the production of videos using Generative AI platforms (text-to-image / text+image-to-video).
• Perform detailed, shot-by-shot breakdowns of scripts including characters, environments, and scenes to build strong AI prompts.
• Develop and optimize AI prompts to produce high-quality visual assets for narrative video creation.
• Collaborate closely with writers and production teams to align visuals with story intent and pacing.
• Conduct ongoing research and experimentation to stay ahead of trends and advancements in generative AI.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior creatives, review their outputs, and ensure quality control across projects.
• Drive innovation within the team by contributing ideas to enhance visual storytelling processes and creative workflows.

What We Need:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creative direction, filmmaking, or visual storytelling.
• Proven experience in narrative visualization—especially within media, OTT, or promotional content.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion is a strong plus (prompting experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, tone, and mood through imagery.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Awareness of current trends in content marketing, visual formats, and AI-generated media.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and maintain high quality.
