Creative Director

What you'll do:

• Lead the creative vision for campaigns, turning strategist ideas into compelling visuals.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to refine concepts and define visual direction.
• Bridge social media, content production, and design teams for seamless execution.
• Direct video layouts, storyboards, and motion graphics to align with campaign goals.
• Guide the design team in visualizing creatives, providing references and inspiration.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media, ads, and digital assets.
• Oversee end-to-end execution, reviewing graphics, reels, and motion design.
• Mentor junior designers and motion artists to elevate creative output.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and cultural moments.
• Contribute hands-on to design and visual outputs when required.

You should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in design, creative direction, or digital content, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing a design team, including designers, motion artists, and video editors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-execution work across social media campaigns, branding, motion graphics, and digital content.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and digital design principles.
• Ability to translate strategic ideas into visual outputs that resonate with audiences.
• Experience in video layouts, storyboarding, and campaign visualization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills able to mentor teams and interact with clients.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Premiere Pro.
• Strong sense of brand consistency, quality control, and attention to detail.
