Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Director to lead and scale our creative function across events,

experiential campaigns, and IP-led properties. The ideal candidate will be a strong concept

thinker and leader who can own the creative vision end-to-end—from ideation and client

pitching to design development and on-ground execution—while working closely with Client

Servicing and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and direction for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects

• Conceptualize innovative ideas and lead the creative pitching process alongside Client

Servicing (CS) teams

• Translate client briefs into strong story-led concepts, spatial ideas, and experiential

journeys

• Manage, mentor, and inspire the creative team across design, content, and visual

development

• Guide the creative development process from concept to final execution

• Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure feasible, cost-

effective, and high-quality execution

• Oversee creative outputs including concepts, layouts, 3D designs, decks, visuals,

and communication assets

• Ensure creative consistency and quality across all touchpoints

• Provide inputs on materials, fabrication, finishes, and on-ground execution

• Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, formats, and experiential innovations

Skill Set & Competencies

• Strong creative conceptualization and storytelling skills

• Excellent copywriting and verbal communication abilities

• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams

• Hands-on understanding of event execution, materials, and production processes

• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and budgets

• Strong collaboration skills with CS, production, and leadership teams

Technical & Design Expertise (Preferred)

• Background in 3D design, spatial design, or exhibition design is highly preferred

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of tools such as:

o AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender

o Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

o Canva / Keynote for pitch decks

(Hands-on software expertise is a strong plus)
