Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Creative Director located in Bengaluru. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision for the brand, developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance brand identity and storytelling. Responsibilities include overseeing creative direction, managing art and design teams, developing campaigns, and maintaining consistency across all visual and branding assets. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align creative objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to drive compelling and innovative visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to ensure consistency and impact in brand identity across all platforms.
• Strong skills in Graphic Design for creating visually appealing and professional materials.
• Ability to lead and inspire creative teams while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role; experience in fitness or fashion industries is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
