Creative Director

As the Creative Director at our organization, you will play a key role in leading the creative team to develop and execute impactful digital campaigns. Your strategic thinking and artistic vision, combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital agency setting, will drive our creative endeavors. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the creative process, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-quality visual and written content for digital campaigns across multiple platforms. - Work closely with strategy, marketing, and client service counterparts to ensure that creative work aligns with business objectives. - Translate marketing goals into creative strategies, present concepts to clients and stakeholders, and keep abreast of industry trends and emerging digital platforms. - Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing digital campaigns, branding initiatives, and creative concepts. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills. - Keen eye for visual design, storytelling abilities, and awareness of digital trends.
