Role Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Designer with at least 2 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging digital assets including social media posts, ads, banners, and presentations
• Create brand identities, marketing materials, and visual guidelines
• Work closely with content, marketing, and web teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
• Understand and translate client requirements into creative concepts
• Stay updated with design trends and apply best practices in layout, color, and typography
• (Bonus) Support basic motion graphics and video editing if applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic/creative designer in an agency or similar setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Ability to design for various digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Receptive to feedback and collaborative work style
