Creative Designer

As the Creative Head at Alankaram, a design-led premium furniture brand combining traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics, your role will be to oversee the visual and creative direction of the brand across all channels. You will lead the development of a cohesive brand identity and design language, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing seasonal campaigns, overseeing photoshoots for products and lifestyle imagery, directing video production, and supervising the creation of digital and print creatives such as website banners, social media posts, and packaging design. You will manage a team of in-house creatives and collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver compelling brand expressions. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field, with 7-10 years of creative experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography, design, branding, and video is essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management skills. Experience in the furniture, interiors, lifestyle, or fashion industries is preferred. Key performance indicators for this role include maintaining visual consistency and quality across brand assets, delivering creative campaigns on time, driving engagement through marketing initiatives, and effectively managing internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and project management platforms like Trello or Asana is required.
