Creative Director

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and deliver compelling digital campaigns that make an impact. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a digital agency environment, blending strategic thinking with artistic vision. You’ll be responsible for leading creative development, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the creative team including designers, copywriters, and video editors
• Develop and oversee high-quality visual and written content for digital campaigns across social media, web, email, and more
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and client service teams to align creative work with business goals
• Translate marketing objectives into clear, innovative, and effective creative strategies
• Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, taking feedback constructively and refining work as needed
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital innovations
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables
• Mentor junior creatives and guide their professional growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative role at a digital marketing agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding work, and innovative concepts
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• A strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and digital trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
