To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of leading creative teams and generating innovative concepts. A solid grasp of visual design principles and branding is essential, along with exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite is required, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
