Key Responsibilities

• Creative Excellence

• AI-Driven Design

• Team Leadership

  : Lead and inspire a team of designers, driving high-quality output and fostering a collaborative creative environment. 

• Strategic Collaboration

  : Work closely with senior management and overseas managers to align designs with business goals, particularly for UAE market initiatives. 

• Project Delivery

  : Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery to earn performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Minimum 

  8 years of experience

   in graphic design, with a robust portfolio showcasing creative thinking and character-building expertise. 
• Proficiency in 

  AI graphic tools

   

• UAE market experience

   (preferred) to craft designs that resonate with the UAE’s cultural and aesthetic preferences. 

• Valid Passport

   for potential travel or collaboration with UAE-based teams. 
• Proven 

  team-handling experience

  , with a track record of leading creative teams and managing multiple projects. 
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with management and global stakeholders. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 

  work-from-office

   environment in Mohali, India.
