Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead design initiatives, elevate our brand identity, and deliver visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong design fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, branding, digital content, presentations, and print materials.
• Lead creative projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create cohesive visual strategies.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior designers or external freelancers.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all communication channels.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and ensure quality control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, digital design, and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or other design tools.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to take creative ownership and lead design direction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
