Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a female Office & Operations Coordinator to manage our daily company operations and client communications. You will act as the main point of coordination between our GCC clients and our design team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all client WhatsApp groups and ensure smooth communication.

• Assign tasks to designers and make sure deadlines are met.

• Review completed work before delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

• Follow up with designers and team members for project updates.

• Maintain workflow, organize files, and oversee daily office operations.

• Prepare simple reports on project progress and team performance.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design or creative workflow (preferred).

• Good command of English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

• Organized, responsible, and proactive in managing tasks.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
