Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Calypso Branding, you will lead the development of visually striking and effective design solutions across digital and print media. You will guide creative concepts, mentor junior designers, and ensure that all work reflects our high design standards and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets for brand identity projects, digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print collateral.
• Interpret creative briefs and translate strategic goals into compelling design solutions.
• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines for Calypso Branding and client projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Provide art direction, guidance, and feedback to junior designers and freelancers.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, content, and strategy—to deliver cohesive and impactful work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and print work.
• Expert-level visual communication skills and strong conceptual thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring or leading creative teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics, animation, or video editing experience.
• Experience developing brand identity systems and campaign visuals.
