Humour Me is a creative agency that is built for the here and now. We're a contemporary creative services and content marketing agency with an expertise in driving relevance for our clients and delivering high impact business results. The independently-owned agency was founded in 2012 and has its office in the capital city of the country. Humour Me has been recognised as a global honouree at The Webby Awards and has won over 16 global creative awards for excellence in storytelling, filmmaking, animation and new media disruption.

From brands like Paper Boat, 1 Finance, BigBasket, Duolingo, Arctic Fox, Heads Up For Tails, Xiaomi, 1mg, Dunzo, Airtel to many others, Humour Me has created category inventing work, helping build some of India's most loved brands.

We are seeking an inspired, driven and experienced creative leader to join our team based out of New Delhi. This person would be responsible for leading our creative team, leading the charge on building trust with our existing clients, leading new business pitches for the agency, and growing/training a high-performance creative team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engages and inspires teams across a broad body of work; capable of leading a small but growing creative team while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional departments.
• A digital-first storyteller someone who lives and breathes social platforms. Must be a master of

  short-form and long-form video content

  , with strong scripting, writing, and content development instincts.
• Leads and participates in all high-priority briefings, kick-offs, and strategic discussions with clarity and confidence.
• Integrates art, copy, production, and editing techniques into a cohesive creative vision, guiding teams across each function.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviour (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.) and how brands win within these ecosystems.
• Leads end-to-end development of creative solutionsfrom daily content to large-scale campaignsexecuting independently when required and approving the work of the creative team.
• Provides high-level concept guidance, narrative direction, and final approvals.
• Curious, constantly learning, and humble enough to unlearn legacy methods to embrace new creative operating systems.
• Partners closely with the Account Management team to build and nurture strong client relationships; comfortable representing the agency at industry forums.
• Leads and wins new business pitches, shaping Humour Me's strategic and creative approach.
• Oversees creative development for key clients, co-creating with them when needed while ensuring seamless alignment with brand goals.
• Ensures all work is creatively outstanding, strategically sharp, and aligned with brand objectives, while keeping senior leadership informed at all times.
• Masters industry best practices and articulates Humour Me's unique point of view with clarity and conviction.
• Brings strong creative vision combined with a deep understanding of the agency's and client's business realities.

Your Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in creative/advertising/digital agencies with a strong, digital-first portfolio.
• Must have

  award-winning work

  (mandatory).
• Portfolio must demonstrate work across all touchpoints digital, social, campaigns, and mainline.
• Proven experience in

  writing scripts, crafting narratives, building long-form content, and creating platform-relevant videos

  end-to-end.
• A natural mentor, coach, and champion for creatives.
• Deep interest in people, culture, and platform trends; fosters an empathy-led, people-first culture.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to think clearly under pressure and craft smart, innovative solutions quickly.
