Creative Director

As a Freelance Creative Director at Mystery Monks, you will play a crucial role in leading a 2-day live-action shoot in Vadodara. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the shoot and manage the entire production cycle, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring that the final output meets the client's approval. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the 2-day live product shoot at the client's office in Vadodara - Coordinate directly with the client to ensure the shoot aligns with their expectations - Collaborate with and manage communication between all stakeholders - Direct the shoot to guarantee product accuracy and visual quality - Ensure smooth execution, maintain brand consistency, and deliver the project on time - Oversee the complete post-production process and lead revision rounds until final client approval Requirements: - Experience in directing product or corporate video shoots - Strong understanding of live production and post-production workflows - Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills - Must be available in Vadodara on both shoot days and should be from Vadodara - Ability to understand and visually represent technical product specifications In terms of compensation, you will receive INR 28,000 for Creative Direction for both shoot days (excluding food and local travel expenses). Pre-approved shoot expenses such as travel, food, and logistics will be reimbursed in advance. Budgets for other roles and services, such as DOP and equipment, will be discussed personally. Please note that the shoot crew will be provided by us from Vadodara, but if you have any local references within budget, they are welcome.,
