Creative Director

You will be the Creative Director at Kshm, leading a team of creatives including designers, writers, cinematographers, and visual storytellers. Your role will involve shaping the brand's creative vision, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring all communication resonates with the audience. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the brand vision, leading creative teams, collaborating with marketing teams, translating business objectives into creative strategies, overseeing content creation, bringing innovative thinking, managing budgets and resources effectively. - Define and execute the brand vision through impactful creative storytelling. - Lead a team of cinematographers, editors, art directors, and stylists. - Collaborate with social media and performance marketing teams for campaign design and execution. - Translate business objectives into inspiring creative strategies and campaigns. - Oversee end-to-end content creation and production for the brand. - Bring a strong knack for creative storytelling and innovative thinking. - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in creative leadership within a brand, media, or agency setup. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy, design, and storytelling. - Proven track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional creative teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of social media, paid ads, digital platforms, and emerging marketing trends. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects. - Bachelors degree in Film making, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Masters preferred).
