Job Description

As our Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind our traditional creative output. You’ll be responsible for leading conceptual development, shaping brand narratives, and delivering high-quality campaigns that work seamlessly across ATL and integrated platforms. While our roots are digital, we believe in full-funnel storytelling—and that starts with a strong mainline presence.

You will partner with strategy, design, copy, and digital teams to ensure our creative ideas are not just beautifully crafted, but also strategically grounded and culturally relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of 360° brand campaigns with a strong focus on ATL channels: TVC, print, radio, OOH, and branded content.
  • Drive concept development and creative storytelling across brands and verticals.
  • Mentor and manage a team of copywriters, art directors, and designers to push creative boundaries and deliver award-worthy work.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, accounts, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven and aligned with client objectives.
  • Own the creative presentation process—selling big ideas with passion, clarity, and confidence to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of creative excellence across all touchpoints while respecting timelines and budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, and advertising innovations to bring fresh thinking to the table.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches, creative proposals, and client growth initiatives.

Requirements -

  • 14+ years of experience in mainline/ATL advertising with at least 3 years in a senior creative leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing standout campaigns across TV, print, OOH, radio, and brand films.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, integrated campaigns for national or global brands.
  • Exceptional conceptual and storytelling skills—both visual and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of brand-building and consumer psychology.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
  • A team-first mindset with strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  • Bonus if you bring experience in adapting mainline ideas for digital or social platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
