About the Role:

At BEAT, our brand is everything — and we’re looking for a Creative Director who’ll own it fully. You’ll be responsible for all media coming out of BEAT, making sure every piece of content, design, or campaign reflects a strong, consistent, and compelling brand identity.

You’ll lead the creative charge, setting the tone and visual language that defines BEAT across digital and offline channels. Your role is to create and guide creatives that not only look amazing but also make our brand’s voice stronger, clearer, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the creative direction for all media and creative output from BEAT.
• Set, maintain, and evolve BEAT’s brand identity and design language across every channel.
• Lead and mentor the creative team (designers, writers, video editors) to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and branding teams to plan and execute impactful creative campaigns.
• Ensure all creative work strengthens BEAT’s brand presence and resonates with our target audiences — students, parents, and educators.
• Approve final designs and creative assets for digital, print, social media, video, and offline learning materials.
• Continuously keep BEAT’s media fresh, relevant, and engaging by staying updated on trends and innovations.
• Work with product and content teams to enhance learner experiences through creative storytelling.
