Creative Director ( Science Visualiser) We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director to lead the visual narrative of our science-backed wellness brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and scientific communication . You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative language of the brand, translating complex scientific concepts into compelling, engaging, and visually stunning content across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Lead Visual Direction: Own the creative vision and design language for the brand, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms – from digital to packaging, retail, social, and video. Science into Story: Collaborate closely with scientific and product teams to distill technical information into simplified, elegant visual narratives that resonate with a wider audience. Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of designers, video editors, illustrators, and freelancers; build a creative culture rooted in curiosity, quality, and originality. Moodboards to Microscope: Be equally comfortable crafting aesthetic frameworks as you are guiding art teams to recreate microscopic visuals, molecular structures, or 3D health animations. Who You Are: A visual storyteller with a deep appreciation for science, wellness, and design . Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, especially in scientific, health, beauty, wellness, or tech . 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role. Background in design, visual communication, or art direction; a bonus if you’ve worked with science communicators or in health-tech/wellness industries. Fluent in visual storytelling formats – static, animated, video, and immersive. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiar with 3D, motion design, or AI tools. Naturally collaborative, curious, detail-obsessed, and always pushing for “what’s next.” Positives to Have: Experience working on brands like VOX, National Geographic, TED-Ed, or in science documentaries. Understanding of visual data storytelling, infographics, or explainer content. Passion for consumer wellness, nutrition, biohacking, or longevity.
