Creative Director

 Design Creative System. Developing and evolving brand guidelines and creative systems

 Lead and manage the creative team:

 Supervise and guide a team of artists, designers, copywriters, and other creative

professionals to ensure quality and alignment.

 Guiding creative concepts from ideation to execution.

 Driving innovation across content, experience, and design

 Oversee the Creative Process: Guide projects from concept and brainstorming to final

execution, ensuring creative output meets high standards and strategic objectives.

Shaping big-picture storytelling, visual tone, and brand presence

 Ensure Brand Consistency: Make sure all creative assets, whether for print, web, or

other media, maintain a cohesive and consistent look and feel.

 Stakeholder Management: Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and

manage project budgets and timelines.

 Review and Approve Creative Work: Provide final approval on creative assets to ensure

they are high-quality and aligned with the project's goals.

 Team Management.

 Collaborating with executive leadership on business strategy and positioning.

 Managing teams of designers, writers, and art directors.

 Hiring and mentoring designers, writers, art directors, video editors, graphic

editors and senior creatives and building team culture.
