Career Counselor

a. Admission Campaign.

 Understanding the admission campaign plan; targets for each campaign period.

 Understanding the targets defined by the marketing team for each campaign period.

 Planning the methodology for handling Information Calls, Confirmation Calls and Re-

confirmation Calls.

 Ensuring liquidation of all information calls generated against enquiries received from all sources per day.

 Planning the liquidation of backlog of Information calls of previous days.

 Revising the workload distribution between the student counsellors accounting backlogs.

 Generating any additional reports are required time to time for monitoring targets defined for the campaigning periods.

 Managing all schools visits by parents/wards.

b. Admission Seminars And Orientation Workshops.

 Apprising the other support teams in the expected number of attendees for Admission Seminars and Orientation Workshops.

 Managing registration of attendees.

 Maintaining the databases

 Updating the top management.

 Reconciling the registration fees collected.

 Collation of feedback forms received and analyzing it.

 Coordination the interview of the candidates

2. Additional responsibilities can be assigned on discretion of the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
