Who are we?

Smotect Azaadi is on a mission to make the world addiction-free with the world’s first nicotine-free herbal solution for tobacco. After going viral on Shark Tank India, we’re building a fast-moving, creative-led team that turns bold ideas into breakthrough campaigns.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Creative Director who can think beyond the brief, someone who can take Smotect Azaadi’s vision and transform it into compelling stories, campaigns, and content that inspire millions to quit smoking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end creative vision for Smotect Azaadi across all platforms - digital, social, video, packaging, and brand communication.
• Conceptualize campaign ideas, brand films, influencer collaborations, and creative assets that emotionally connect with our audience.
• Manage and mentor the in-house creative team (designers, copywriters, editors) and guide them to deliver impactful, on-brand work.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align creative output with business objectives and campaign goals.
• Work with external agencies, production houses, and freelancers to execute high-quality creative projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints while continuously refreshing Smotect Azaadi’s creative identity.
• Stay ahead of trends in design, storytelling, and the wellness/D2C space to keep the brand’s creative voice distinctive and relevant.

Requirements:

• Have 6+ years of experience in creative leadership roles - agency, D2C, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Have a strong sense of visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and brand-building.
• Can think both strategically and creatively, with hands-on execution ability.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where ideas turn into action quickly.
