We’re hiring multiple Creative Designers to join our high-impact team supporting global eLearning projects. This role is open to India-based candidates only, and requires full-time onsite work from either our Noida or Pune office. We're open to both full-time employees and contract professionals who bring strong design expertise and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor on high-visibility client projects, you’ll design stunning, learner-focused content that elevates the training experience across industries. You’ll work with a global team of Instructional Designers, Art Directors, and Project Managers to bring complex ideas to life using industry-leading tools and formats.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing polished visual assets for eLearning: WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, simulations, responsive modules, microlearning, and UI/UX layouts

• Producing engaging videos with synced audio, transitions, text overlays, and animated branding

• Creating interactive 360° imagery, immersive media, and mobile-first learning experiences

• Building branded templates and themes using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate

• Leveraging AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and Canva AI to accelerate and enhance visual development

• Supporting avatar-based learning using platforms such as Synthesia, Colossyan, and Pika Labs

• Applying best practices in accessibility (WCAG 2.1), responsive design, and LMS integration (SCORM/xAPI)

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in eLearning, digital media, or corporate learning design

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)

• Familiarity with Figma, Camtasia, Vyond, Raptivity, and Canva Pro

• Knowledge of immersive media tools such as Adobe Aero, Marzipano, or Pano2VR

• Strong grasp of design accessibility, responsive layouts, and cross-platform content delivery

• Bonus: experience with gamification, motion graphics, or basic scripting (e.g., ActionScript)
