Organisation: airpay money pvt ltd (https://airpay.money/) Location: Mumbai Job Summary We’re on the hunt for a pixel-perfect daydreamer who speaks fluent color theory and can turn wild ideas into scroll-stopping & jaw-dropping visuals. If you sketch in your sleep and Photoshop is your playground, and Premiere Pro is your second language, we should talk. Key Responsibilities Interpret creative briefs and project direction to develop compelling, on-brand visuals. Translate technical financial jargon into reader-friendly value-driven content. Conceptualize and execute designs that meet marketing and communication objectives, to support business objectives. Create digital and print collaterals: Including social media creatives, emailers, posters, brochures, and banners. Assist in layout design for ATL channels such as magazine editorials and internal publications. Contribute to art direction and visual storytelling across various media. Edit and animate short-form videos using tools like Premiere Pro & After Effects, to support campaigns across digital platforms and enhance visual storytelling. Stay up to date with design trends, inspiration and visual research to support design projects & to maintain brand’s relevance. Ensure final graphics meet resolution, sizing, file format, and print & production standards for the necessary channels of communication. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Maintain a repository of approved creatives, brand guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field Proven 2-3 years of experience. Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design. Skills And Experience Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects. Follows & understands social media & pop-culture trends. Strong Portfolio of Graphic Design & Motion Design. Good sense of layout & composition, typography, color theory, branding. Good communication skills. Preferred experience: BFSI industry, B2C marketing. Attention to Detail Collaborative mindset with the ability to positively respond to feedback. A good grip of English language. Other languages would be a bonus.
